    Remember when Plan 1, Plan 2 etc. were in effect?  They described what was due for different high risk areas like B&W and Rt. 18 area.  The audio below is a short clip of a call to the old Beaver Valley Truck Stop in Homewood.  Pay attention to the very last part of the clip.

    Remember when each zone (1-4) dispatched their own companies?  The six O'Clock test was the time when sirens and monitors were tested in each zone.  Remember "KGC636 Beaver Falls Fire Department testing monitors, house bells and sirens...."  How about the old New Brighton Fire Department tones?  Check out the audio clips below and remember when....

    Remember when a fire box was pulled in the city of Beaver Falls?  Beep beep beep beep... Here's a clip of a fire at the old Beaver Falls Lumber Co.  6th St. and 2nd Ave.  See how many voices you can recognize.  The clip contains transmissions from Beaver Falls base (high and low), New Brighton base, and Beaver Falls police.  The call occurred in the early 80's

Remember when the Zelienople "Watch Desk" would test Zelienople's siren and monitors.  This happened every Thursday night at 1930.

Remember when "792 Ellwood" had their old style tones?  Back in those days, Lawrence County was dispatched by Ellwood City and Neshanock Control (KFI636).  Here are a few clips we were able to come up with from Lawrence Co.
